Renowned Belizean archaeologist Dr. Jaime Awe has been selected as 2019’s Person of the Year. Previous years acknowledged the contributions of Ambassador Nestor Mendez (2018) and public service trailblazer, Ms. Phyllis Estelle Longsworth-Lewis (2017 – awarded posthumously).
